The Hirer shall be required to pay for an occasional licence if alcohol

is to be served during the event.

If alcohol is to be served during the event a refundable deposit of £100 shall be

required against any damage etc.

If alcohol is served during an event, four responsible adults must be

in attendance at all times.

The hirer shall be required to reimburse the trustees for the repair of

any damage to property, however caused during the period of hire.

The cost of the occasional licence is £15.00 and is not refundable
